Summer Blast June 2009

Time moves so fast, lives so busy...I take a step back to reflect on Jacee who is about to turn 3 soon. Everyone thinks there own child is special, beautiful...but I look it her and watch her and she truly is a special, unique young lady. She can be patient and kind, just plain sweet (she doesn't have that hyper side of the Yarnovich family)...she has a calming to her like her Daddy. I watch her play with her babies and my instints tell me she is and will be maternal in her years. I see her gravitate to more girlie things - like princesses, pinks, flowers, balloons.....defintely no tomboy. I watch her ride her bike in the front yard (with this old rainbow colored bike that the neighbor gave her) and though it is old and very used, one of her favorite things to do is peddle it up and down the driveway. Something so simple makes her so happy. Or how she throws the ball in the pool - like she is throwing a basketball into a hoop. She is so innocent and a pleasure to watch (and at times very serious in thought like her mother). I wonder how she will be as an adult - will she be kind and loving..will she carry these same traits with her as an adult? Cory and I will only be so lucky.
